DiscoverApp respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of IPTV Smart Player to do the same.

**Important:** IPTV Smart Player is a media player application only. We do not host, provide, control, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any IPTV content, streams, channels, movies, or series. Users are solely responsible for the content they access through their own third-party IPTV service providers.

## OUR ROLE

IPTV Smart Player functions as a media player that allows users to:
- Load playlists (M3U files or Xtream Codes API) from their own IPTV service providers
- Play video content from third-party IPTV services
- Organize and manage their personal IPTV content

**We do not:**
- Host or store any IPTV content
- Provide IPTV subscriptions or services
- Control what content users access
- Have the ability to remove or modify content from third-party IPTV services
- Act as an intermediary between users and IPTV content providers

## USER RESPONSIBILITY

By using IPTV Smart Player, you agree that:

1. **You are solely responsible** for ensuring that your use of any IPTV service and content accessed through the application complies with all applicable laws, including copyright laws.

2. **You will only access content** that you have the legal right to access through legitimate IPTV service providers.

3. **You will not use** IPTV Smart Player to access, stream, download, or distribute copyrighted content without proper authorization from the copyright holder.

4. **You acknowledge** that DiscoverApp has no control over and does not monitor the content provided by third-party IPTV services.

5. **You understand** that any copyright infringement issues must be resolved directly with your IPTV service provider, not with DiscoverApp.

## COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS

### If You Believe Your Copyright Has Been Infringed

If you believe that content accessible through a user's third-party IPTV service infringes your copyright, please note:

**DiscoverApp does not host, control, or provide the allegedly infringing content.** IPTV Smart Player is only a media player application.

You should:
1. **Contact the IPTV service provider** that is hosting or distributing the content
2. **Contact the user** who is accessing the content (if known)
3. **Pursue legal remedies** directly against the party responsible for the infringement

### DMCA Notice (For U.S. Copyright Holders)

While DiscoverApp does not host or control any content, if you believe that IPTV Smart Player itself (the application software, not the content accessed through it) infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice to us.

Your DMCA notice must include:

1. **Identification of the copyrighted work** claimed to have been infringed
2. **Identification of the material** that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
3. **Your contact information**, including your address, telephone number, and email address

### Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice concerning the IPTV Smart Player application itself (not third-party content), we will:

1. Review the notice for completeness and validity
2. Investigate the claim
3. Take appropriate action if the claim is valid
4. Respond to the claimant within a reasonable timeframe

 

### Counter-Notification

If you believe that a DMCA notice was submitted in error or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

## REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

### Application-Level Violations

If we receive multiple valid complaints that a user is using IPTV Smart Player to systematically access or distribute copyrighted content without authorization, we may:

1. Issue a warning to the user
2. Temporarily suspend the user's account
3. Permanently terminate the user's account
4. Take other appropriate action as necessary

**However, please note:** Since we do not control or monitor the content accessed by users through third-party IPTV services, our ability to enforce copyright compliance is limited to the use of the application itself.

 

### Third-Party Content Issues

Copyright infringement issues related to content provided by third-party IPTV services must be addressed directly with those service providers. DiscoverApp cannot remove or control content hosted by third parties.

## LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

DiscoverApp shall not be liable for:

1. Any copyright infringement committed by users through their use of third-party IPTV services
2. The content, legality, or copyright status of material accessed through third-party IPTV services
3. Any claims, damages, or losses arising from users' access to copyrighted content
4. Any disputes between copyright holders and users or third-party IPTV service providers

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless DiscoverApp from any claims arising from their use of IPTV Smart Player to access copyrighted content.
